Bill Lloyd, President 

William (Bill) Lloyd has had over 20 years of success in commercial real estate. He is currently the president and owner of Black Watch Property Ltd. Lloyd's primary focus is on acquisition and deposition of land, office building sales, as well as retail shopping center development and sales. Prior to starting Black Watch Property in 2011, Lloyd was a partner at Barclay Street Real Estate specializing in investment sales, primarily shopping centers and land. He started his career with CB Richard Ellis is 1995 as a retail leasing agent before becoming the Managing Director of Tenant Services in the United States, based in New York until 2001. Lloyd attended the University of Calgary and the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business Emerging Leaders Program. He has won many production awards and continues to be a top producer in Alberta.
